Purchasing Policy
THIS IS AN ONLINE ESTATE SALE. ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE INCLUDE ESTIMATED SHIPPING COST INCLUDING INSURANCE. FOR UNITED STATES BUYERS THIS WILL REPRESENT THE COMPLETE COSTS OF THE ITEM PURCHASED UNLESS BUYER CHOOSES ADDITIONAL INSURANCE OR EXPRESS MAIL. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WILL BE BILLED AN ADDITIONAL FEE WHICH INCLUDES THE APPROPRIATE INCREASE IN POSTAGE DUE TO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS AND SAID ADDITIONS MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO ITEM BEING SHIPPPED.
International BuyersImport duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your national customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Items must be declared for full value and will not be designated as a "gift". It is a federal offense punishable by fines and/or jail time to falsify customs forms.
Shipping costs are non-negotiable. We ship USPS Priority International Airmail because it is the only option that provides the required tracking information for PAYPAL seller protection. There are no additional handling fees. We absolutely cannot ship without tracking! Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs are beyond our control.
CONDITIONWe try to disclose all problems on any item in the item description. Buyer is responsible to email with any questions as to condition prior to purchase or contact by phone the individual and phone number provided in the detailed listing. "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". Please do not purchase if you are opposed to this policy.
Items are kept in a non-smoking environment but I cannot guarantee the previous environment was also smoke or pet free. Any odors detected will be addressed in the description. If there is no mention of such then buyer can assume it is not a factor in condition.
Payment & Shipping
Payment must be made at time of purchase and PAYPAL will process transaction in its normal course of business. All shipping will be USPS Priority Mail with tracking information.
Shipping is within TWO-THREE business days of cleared payment excluding Sundays or holidays. Delivery TRACKING information is automatically provided when the shipping label is printed and will be forwarded to your email address. We cannot ship to any other address other than the one provided on your PAYPAL payment. Please contact PAYPAL for instructions on adding additional shipping addresses to your account.
If you have purchased multiple items, we will combine shipping whenever possible and there will be no additional "handling" fees.
Local Pick up Policy
for online shoppersIf you desire to purchase items online and pickup at the Antique Mall, please contact us within 24 hours to advise you will be picking up the item. Otherwise the item will be shipped to the address provided by paypal within 2-3 business days of the online purchase. By picking your item/items purchased at the Antique Mall the shipping cost will be refunded less 5% at the time you pick up your item.
Local Purchase Policy
When online sale items are on display at the Antique Mall of Lubbock, they may be purchased in person once the online sale has begun. All local purchases are subject to prior online sales. Buyer will of course avoid shipping cost if purchased in person locally at the Antique Mall
Returns
There are no returns or refunds unless we have made an obvious mistake. Please rely on photos in addition to the description provided. All items are estate items and the estate must be settled within a few days of sale completion so refunds are not an option. As stated above, if there are any questions as to condition, please address those concerns prior to purchase.
